Refund policy

Last updated: 30 July 2026. This policy explains when Scalewebsys issues refunds for paid training. This website does not process payments; refunds apply to tuition collected through our enrollment process.

Eligibility

You may request a refund if you cancel a cohort seat before materials unlock and before the first live session begins. Team packages follow the same timing unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Timeframe to request

Submit refund requests within fourteen days of payment and no later than forty-eight hours before the first live session. Requests after materials unlock are evaluated only under the partial-refund rules below.

Full refunds

A full refund is available when you cancel within the timeframe above and have not downloaded cohort worksheets or joined a live session. Duplicate payments and cancellations initiated by Scalewebsys (for example, cohort postponement you decline) also qualify for a full refund.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after the first live session but before the midpoint of a multi-session program, we may refund fifty percent of tuition minus a fixed administrative fee of ₩80,000. After the midpoint, tuition is generally non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Third-party exam fees (if any), privately scheduled coaching hours already delivered, and customized materials produced for an Oversight Circle workshop are non-refundable once work has started.

Refund process

Email contact@scalewebsys.digital with your full name, enrollment confirmation reference, program name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two business days and state whether the request qualifies under this policy.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten business days after approval. Bank processing times may add several days depending on your institution.

Cancellation by Scalewebsys

If we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a suitable transfer date, you receive a full refund. If we substitute an instructor of comparable experience, that change alone is not grounds for a refund.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or compulsory military obligations may allow goodwill transfers or partial refunds outside the standard windows, decided case by case.
